Awards
and Scholarships
____________________________________________________________________
In addition
to support for the International Fellows Program
the Center has provided a variety of awards to
students, faculty, and scholars in the field.
Currently, the Center on Philanthropy and Civil
Society offers:
.
William Randolph Hearst Graduate
Assistantships for Women and Minorities.
Each
year this fund provides monies to one or two qualified
students at The Graduate Center, CUNY. Primarily
used to help the student further studies in an
area related to philanthropy, the assistantship
also requires the completion of small research
assignments. The objective of the program is to
advance research and build leadership capacity
for women and minorities in the philanthropic
